Forgotten Username and/or Password

Q: I have forgotten my username and/or password for the online Congress management system

A: Go to www.meetingassistant.com/WCPT2007. Under the Returning Users section click the "Forget your password?" link. You will be asked to enter your email address and click the "Request Login Information" Your username and password will then be sent to you by email

Abstracts

Q: Is it possible to access the full text of all abstracts presented at Congress?

A: Up until 31 December you can access the CD of Abstracts with full search functionality. The abstracts are being published as an on-line supplement to Physiotherapy. Each abstract has its own citation and which was included on the Congress Abstract CD. The supplement is available to subscribers to the journal now and is freely accessible to all via ScienceDirect until 1 June 2008.

Q: How can I get a copy of the receipt for my abstract submission fee?

A: You can print a copy of the receipt for your abstract submission fee via our online Congress management system as follows:-

Login to the online Congress management system at www.meetingassistant.com/WCPT2007
Select Account Tools > View Emails/Messages from the top level menu
Your receipt will appear in the list with the subject

Audio Recordings

Q: Is it possible to purchase recordings of the scientific programme?

A: Audio recordings of most presentations at Congress are now available for purchase on CD - this represents over 183 sessions and close to 700 speakers! Prices start at just CA$15 with discounts offered for bulk purchases. Visit the Kennedy Recordings website or download an order form now. Order before the end of July as availability cannot be guaranteed after that date.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Credit

Q: I want to use the WCPT Congress for CPD points. Can I have a letter/certificate indicating the number of credit hours?
A: WCPT does not provide CPD certification. Delegates should contact their professional association or their regulatory body to determine if they will recognise the Congress for CPD purposes. All Congress delegates received a certificate of attendance.

Future Events

Q: Can you send me details of the Congress in 2011. Where will the Congress be held?
A: The 16th International WCPT Congress will be held in Amsterdam. All presenters, delegates and chairs in 2007 will automatically be added to the mailing list to receive information about the Congress as soon as it becomes available.
