Programme

The WCPT Congress scientific programme is being planned by an International Scientific Committee, chaired by respected South African physical therapist Professor Aimée Stewart.  It is being designed to showcase the best in physical therapy research and practice, and provide excellent opportunities for networking.

Programme planning involves consultation with a range of stakeholders.  WCPT has conducted surveys to gain opinion from physical therapists about what they would like to see featured in the congress.

"I look forward to working with the ISC to develop a scientific programme that reflects global diversity and has something meaningful and interesting for all physical therapists," says Aimée Stewart.  "As a committee we are striving for a quality programme with broad impact."
