IOPTP Survey NEW!

The Research Committee of the International Organization for Physical Therapy in Paediatrics (IOPTP) is conducting a survey to obtain information about global paediatric physical therapy research activities and resources from researchers who are from member organisations of the IOPTP, including the US.  IOPTP is particularly seeking input from  physical therapists currently involved in paediatric research to inform theory, practice, or outcomes of paediatric physical therapy. The survey is posted online and will be available through September 2012.  Questions regarding the survey can be directed to Anh Pham, Project Coordinator for International Research in Pediatric Physical Therapy.

Additional Information

In December 2008 WHO and UNICEF released the first World report on child injury prevention. The report, developed with the support of nearly 200 injury prevention experts from around the world, is intended to draw attention to child unintentional injuries, a significant but long neglected public health and development concern.
