World Physical Therapy Day 2009 activities - Australia

The Australian Physiotherapy Association took World Physical Therapy Day as an opportunity to honour its more than 12,000 members and to congratulate Australian physiotherapists for contributing to more than a century of essential healthcare provision Down Under and abroad.

A poster and a handout were made available via their website for physiotherapists to download and print for their use in the lead up to the day. These were not dated to encourage their overall use and the ‘Movement for Health’ message. These may be downloaded using the links below:
