Biography

Mr Aziz Ahmad Adel, Bachelor of PT, PT teacher.  Aziz has been the Director of the Physical Therapy Institute in Kabul since 2003 and Vice President of the Afghan Association of Physical Therapy since 2005.  He leads the education program for physical therapists in Afghanistan and has overseen the progression of training programs from 2 year to 3 year diplomas. Aziz also taught the first professional ethics course for Afghan physical therapists. Aziz Ahmad is the author of the booklet: Medical ethics in physical Therapy (2009). He is a member of ethical committee of AAPT. He developed the first physiotherapy oath in Afghanistan.
