Biography

Lorimer is a clinical and research physiotherapist. He started a clinical research career after 8 years clinical practice. He was Nuffield Fellow at Oxford University, UK and am now Senior Research Fellow at the Prince of Wales Medical Research Institute, Sydney. He has authored over 70 peer reviewed publications including PNAS, Current Biology, British Medical Journal, Brain and Pain. He has been keynote speaker at over 40 national and international conferences, including the European Congress on Pain. He is Associate Editor for Pain, Reviews in Pain and The British Journal of Sports Medicine. His work has been the focus of over 100 articles in the popular press, across every continent.
