Marcus Dripps is a physiotherapist based in Geelong, Victoria. He is the CEO of Corio Bay Health Group, which operates 15 multidisciplinary practices across 2 states. This business includes traditional musculoskeletal and sports practice, high performance and clinical education business streams. Through international partnership, the clinic is involved in supporting the developing Physiotherapy industry in China.
Marcus has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Australian Physiotherapy Association since 2007, and served as National President from 2013–2016. He currently chairs the Physiotherapy Research Foundation.
He has had a variety of roles consulting to funders of health services, including insurance companies, state and federal governments. He has been involved in many advisory panels to government on issues such as scope of practice, safety & quality, models of care and funding models.
Marcus has served on a number of boards, in public and private health care, education and research bodies. He currently sits on the board of the Barwon Sports Academy, supporting the development of young athletes from his local community.
His leadership motto is "All leadership is local".
