Bloemen, Manon

M. Bloemen is a pedatric physical therapist and clinical health scientist, currently combining research and teaching at the Master program for Pediatric Physical Therapy at the HU University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht, The Netherlands. In the last few years she has published on physical activity in children with a physical disability as well as on measures to assess health related fitness in wheelchair dependent children with Spina Bifida. She has received a personal grant to complete her PhD from the HU Unversity of Applied Sciences, is actively involved in the Dutch Regional organizations for PPT and has been accepted to the TULIPS (Training Upcoming Leaders in Pediatric Science) program.
