Nina Lefeber (°1992) is a doctoral researcher at the Rehabilitation Research—Neurological Rehabilitation research group of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium). She obtained a Master in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy (2014) and an Advanced Master in Manual Therapy (2015) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. In 2016, she obtained a 4-year doctoral grant to pursue a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy. Her principal research interests lie in the field of robot-assisted gait rehabilitation after stroke, with a strong emphasis on metabolic and cardiorespiratory responses. In 2017, she was a visiting researcher at the Robotics Neurorehabilitation Lab of the Santa Lucia Foundation (Italy). Currently, Nina has 1 first-authored, 3 second-authored and 5 co-authored publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
