Jennifer Hale is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Texas State University and a visiting lecturer in the Department of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Sciences at Qatar University where she is assisting with curriculum development for the new undergraduate physiotherapy program. She currently works as a consultant for WCPT on the TEAM project, a collaborative effort with UCP Wheels for Humanity and the Ukraine Association of Physical Therapy, that aims to professionalize physiotherapy practice in Ukraine. She graduated from Boston University with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), is a Board-Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy, and serves as the Program Director for the Texas State University Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency Program. She attends The University of Texas School of Public Health, where she is working toward her PhD in Epidemiology.
