Mathias Ahissan KROU is a Physiotherapist and President of the Ivorian Association of Masseurs-Physiotherapists (AIMK) since 2016. He is among the first State graduate physiotherapist trained in Côte d'Ivoire. He is a co-founder of RAPAF (African Francophone PT group), and also co-initiator and president of the organising committee of the first edition of the International African PT Training (FIAK) in Grand-Bassam (Côte d'Ivoire) in 2018. Promoter of physiotherapy through national, international media, social networks and electronic press, I also participated in several international meetings on physiotherapy in Africa (Mali, Senegal, Morocco, Niger, South Africa, Benin and Togo). Through "PT on the move" initiative, I led a team of physiotherapists in the rural and deprived areas to raise awareness, advise on stroke and offer free services to people suffering from low back pain.
