With more than 20 years of experience in commercial , education, health and sports communications Sara has spent much of her career highlighting key social issues . Sara’s leadership on the 50:50 campaign to highlight the plight of homelessness among the over 50’s population led her to deliver communications for some key government initiatives such as , ‘building schools for the future’ , ‘safer neighbourhood teams’ , and ‘local strategic partnerships' . Sara also led the communications for the team USA partnership with the University of East London during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games . Most recently Sara worked on the ‘for the love of’ environmental campaign with the climate coalition before joining the CSP. Campaigns launched under Sara’s leadership since 2016 include, #RehabMatters , ThinkPhysio for Primary Care, Love Activity/hate exercise? As well as the animated launches of Mythbusters back care, and Get up and Go (for falls prevention). The focus of her portfolio is to promote the physiotherapy profession externally. The main driver for her most recent campaign was to identify the unique proposition for physiotherapy within public health and to promote the role of the profession to external stakeholders.
