This page describes the terms which apply when you may make use of the WCPT website www.wcpt.org whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms carefully before you use the website. You may only use the website if you agree to these terms. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance that these terms apply to the website and your use of it.
We may change, modify or revise these terms at any time by amending this page. The changes made to the terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the website and your use of the website will be subject to the amended terms. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes WCPT may have made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the website.
Subject to these terms, you may open an account with WCPT by completing the registration form. Once your registration has been accepted (and until your account is terminated) you will be able to sign up to mailing lists and areas of interest to receive e-alerts when new material is added in these areas, and post comments on certain pages/news articles. Other services, such as event registration, may be offered from time to time.
Some areas of the website are only accessible by WCPT member organisations, regions and subgroups. If you require access to these areas please contact Rachel Moore at email@example.com, confirming your name, the organisation you represent and your role within that organisation.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting WCPT by email or post. You may be asked to provide further proof that you are the holder of the account. Your account will be cancelled as soon as reasonably possible following receipt of your email or letter.
We may cancel your account without notice at WCPT's sole discretion.
