The preparations for the World PT Day 2023 event began almost a month earlier at Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM) in Brazil.
Teachers and students were encouraged to treat people with arthritis and chronic pain, and post their photos using the hashtags #WorldPTDay and #PTDay2023FisioUFTM to participate in a photo contest.
The Academic Center of Physical Therapy (CA FAGC - @ca_fagc) organised the entire event, coordinated by Prof. Dra Suraya Shimano. The winning photo was taken by Prof. Dr Nuno M. L. Oliveira's students: Camilla Almeida, Laysa Lima, Bianca Santos, Laura Silva and Wailany Ferreira.
