Rose Boucaut (Ed D, MPH, Grad Dip Adv Manipulative Therapy, Dip Tech Physio) is a Fellow of the Australian College of Physiotherapists. At the University of South Australia, Rose works as Senior Lecturer, she co-ordinates the Work Health and Safety Practice course within the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. This involves supervising final year physiotherapy students in industry where they complete small projects for host organisations; the course is unique in Australia. Rose is lead facilitator of the World Confederation of Physical Therapy Network for physiotherapists working in Occupational Health and Ergonomics internationally. In 2018 Rose was awarded an Australian Endeavour Executive Fellowship which enabled her to spend time in Scandinavia and Thailand to develop an understanding of both occupational health and safety and work injury management practices in those regions. Research interests include manual handling and education.
