Kristina Areskoug-Josefsson works as associate professor at Jönköping Academy for Improvement of Health and Welfare and during 2018-2019 part-time as associate professor at Department of Behavioural Science, Oslo Metropolitan University, Norway.
Kristina´ Areskoug-Josefsson´ss research is interdisciplinary in the field of rehabilitation, sexual health, work environment, coproduction and in quality improvement and leadership in health and welfare. Kristina Areskoug-Josefsson has a clinical background as a specialized Physiotherapist in Rheumatology and as research and development co-ordinator in rehabilitation. In 2013 Kristina Areskoug-Josefsson finished her PhD at Lund University with her thesis Sexual health in Rheumatoid Arthritis - a physiotherapeutic approach.
From 2018, Kristina Areskoug-Josefsson will be part of the Forte-financed research group, led by Professor Sofia Kjellström: Co-creating health & social care: Exploring, measuring and enhancing co-production at the national, regional and local levels.
