World Physiotherapy announces congress programme committee for 2025

World Physiotherapy has announced the members of the congress programme committee (CPC) for World Physiotherapy Congress 2025 in Tokyo, Japan.

Chaired by Catherine Joy Escuadra, faculty member at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, the committee brings extensive and diverse geographical, professional, research, clinical and academic expertise to World Physiotherapy’s flagship event. Catherine has been a member of the CPC for previous World Physiotherapy congresses in 2021 and 2023.

Michel Landry, World Physiotherapy president, said: “We are delighted to confirm the programme committee for the congress in 2025. As we prepare for congress, we are very grateful to Catherine for agreeing to chair the committee. A number of members of the CPC also experienced the programme planning for 2023 and we are very pleased that they applied to serve again on the committee and we welcome seven new members. We are fortunate to be able to draw on their collective experience and insights."
